Maintaining our living spaces is an important part fo what we do. We have a dedicated team to support your maintenance needs. All requested maintenance must be reported and requested through your AppFolio account. In the event of an Emergency ONLY (fire or flooding), call or text 304.280.2803.
There is no maintenance fee* associated with regular maintenance requests.

Parking is offered and priced based on property location and availability. Our parking lots are actively monitored by Mountaineer Towing (304.598.0811). Limited guest parking passes may be issued based on availability from the 304 Properties Office.
Cats are permitted in all properties. We consider dogs on a case-by-case basis. Any pet requires an annual, non-refundable pet fee. Residents are expected and required to be responsible and respectful pet owners.
Trash removal is included in all leases for residents. Utilities (electric, water, and gas) are included at many properties with a utility stop to encourage responsible usage. A utility stop is an annual amount that is included in your rent.
